4. Authorized Drivers
Only the renter and any additional drivers approved in writing by Delacruz Venture Solutions may operate the vehicle.
The renter is fully responsible for the actions of every authorized driver.
5. Driver Requirements
The renter must:
- Be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age required by law).
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Maintain any legally required insurance unless otherwise provided by the Company.
- Provide valid identification.
6. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required.
The Company may deduct amounts from the deposit for:
- Vehicle damage
- Missing accessories
- Excessive cleaning
- Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
- Unpaid tolls
- Parking tickets
- Traffic violations
- Fuel shortages
- Late return fees
- Administrative costs permitted by law
7. Vehicle Condition
The renter acknowledges receiving the vehicle in good operating condition unless otherwise noted on the Vehicle Inspection Form.
The renter agrees to return the vehicle in substantially the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
8. Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.
If not, refueling charges and a service fee may apply.
9. Mileage
Mileage:

10. Late Returns
Vehicles returned after the agreed return time without prior approval may be charged:
- Additional daily rental charges
- Late fees
- Any resulting damages caused by delayed return
11. Prohibited Uses
The vehicle shall not be used:
- By unauthorized drivers
- While under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- For racing or speed contests
- Off-road
- For illegal activities
- To transport hazardous materials
- To tow another vehicle unless authorized
- For ride-share or delivery services unless specifically approved by the Company
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of the rental.
12. Accident
The renter agrees to:
- Immediately notify DeLaCruz Solutions LLC.
- Contact local law enforcement when required.
- Cooperate with insurance investigations.
- Complete any requested incident reports.
13. Mechanical Problems
The renter shall immediately report any warning lights, mechanical issues, or breakdowns.
The renter may not authorize repairs without written approval from Delacruz Venture Solutions except where immediate emergency repairs are necessary for safety.
14. Smoking Policy
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
A cleaning fee of up to $200 may be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping is found.
15. Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
The renter is responsible for cleaning costs or damage caused by pets.
16. Tolls, Parking & Traffic Violations
The renter is solely responsible for:
- Tolls
- Parking tickets
- Speeding tickets
- Camera violations
- Traffic citations
- Administrative processing fees
These charges may be billed after the rental has ended.
17. Damage Responsibility
The renter accepts financial responsibility for damage occurring during the rental period to the extent permitted by law and the applicable insurance coverage.
18. Indemnification
The renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Delacruz Venture Solutions from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from the renter’s possession or use of the vehicle, except where prohibited by law.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
20. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements.
No modification shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
